Please read the following document containing the Terms and Conditions carefully before using magesolution.com. By purchasing products from Magesolution (MGS), we assume that you read and agree to our terms and conditions.
MGS is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The duplication, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without MGS’s permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.
By purchasing a product of Magestore:
- Customer will receive source code open 100%.
- Customer will obtain a License Certificate which will remain valid until the Customer stops using the Product or until MGS terminates this License because of Customer's failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions. Each License Certificate includes a license serial which is valid for one live Magento installation only and unlimited test Magento installations.
- Customers are allowed to customize our products to fit with customers' using purpose.
MGS supplies regular upgrade to meet new requests from customers or make our products be compatible with later versions of Magento. Customers purchased a product from MGS will get the updated versions for free by logging in our store and go to My account > My downloadable products. Follow our blog or newsletter for the latest updates.
MGS offers 1-Year FREE UPGRADE for all of your paid extensions and 90-day free support. Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well in your site exactly like our demo. Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs; customization request will require additional fee (roughly $17/hour). We strongly believe that those mentioned timeframe is stable enough to make the extension work perfectly on your site. We also support for free products; however, you will have to purchase support package provided by MGS with different package scales. To ask for support or report bugs, please submit a ticket to our Support system or through the website. Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive at our weekend will be processed simultaneously upon our presence on the next Monday.
We offer 15-day money back guarantee for all of our products. You can get a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with our product during 15 days after your purchase. Please submit a ticket with your order information to our ticket system to request refund. You will receive refund within 7 days since your request is confirmed. All refund requests after 15 days are not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services. We do not offer refund policy for Membership fee either. Once you purchase a membership plan of MGS, cancellation is not allowed and you will not receive refund for any reason.
Please note that these terms and conditions may change from time to time. MGS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will post any changes of terms and conditions on this page and, if the changes are remarkable, we will provide a more prominent notice. These terms and conditions are made to go into effect from August 1, 2013.
